Account Deletion Options
We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Squiz account and all associated data, you have two options to do so.
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including folders, decks, flashcards, and study progress will be permanently deleted.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Squiz app:
Open Settings
Open the Squiz app and navigate to your Settings page.
Go to Sensitive Operations
Scroll down and tap on “Sensitive Operations” section.
Delete Your Account
Tap “Delete Account” and confirm your decision. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can send us a request:
Send an Email to Delete Your Account
- To:support@nagellabs.com
- Subject:Delete my user
- From:Your registered email address
- Body:Confirm that you want your account and all associated data to be deleted
Note: The email must be sent from the same email address you used to register your Squiz account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, name, profile data)
- All folders and decks you created
- All flashcards and their content
- Your study history and progress
- AI-generated content and prompts
- Any shared or public decks you created
Note: Subscription data may be retained by Apple/Google as required for their billing records. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
